Alternative Selection believes in organic agriculture and farming, sourcing directly from the best farms internationally. Working with like minded farmers who believe in stringent sustainable and responsible sourcing to offer healthy choices with full product traceability without compromising on quality, nutrition or taste. 

To offer the best meat products, Alternative Selection has a full Food (Meat) Processing Establishment that is licensed by the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) and a globally recognised FSSC 22000 v5.1 Standards Certification, a food safety and hygiene certification that promotes transparency throughout the food supply chain. It is the first meat processing facility in Singapore to receive the ACO (Australian Certified Organic), one of the most rigorous in the world, which certifies that the products are free from human-made fertilisers, pesticides, growth regulators, and genetically modified food (GMO) – guaranteeing the integrity of the organic food products processed by our facility. With our Australian Master Butcher heading the meat processing factory, Alternative Selection is able to offer the best quality meats and cuts to all our customers.
